I'm in Paris at the moment, after sailing for 22 days throughout the Mediterranean Sea, Italy, Adriatic Sea, Croatia, Dalmatian Islands, etc.... Basically, this has been one of the best experiences of my life, and completely necessary, I really can't believe the things i've seen and done. I owe it all to one person, they know who they are... Thank You my Favorite!!!
I just want to say Thanks to Art Corpus for letting me into the shop to work and hang out, drink coffee and tattoo in a cave.
Now i'm off to Amsterdam for the weekend for obvious reasons....
Then I will be at the Tattoo Jam in Doncaster, England Aug. 6-8. Im not taking appointments, but will be accepting tattoos based on subject and if I'm inspired to do it.
My trip is coming close to the end, shit! 2 months isn't enough, that's why I'm already planning out my return to Europe soon, for conventions, guest spots, and visiting the amazing friends I made while here.
Be sure to check out Bruno 'Kea', I met him while at the La Roche Sur Yon Convention last month. Picked up one of his machines, and these machines are fucking amazing! Hand built by him on his river barge in Fountain Bleau, which I had the pleasure of hanging out with him, his lady Coraly(spelling that wrong probably) and his two boys, bbqing, drinking wine, and learning what real tattoo machines are all about. He gives me hope for the future, still loves tattooing, skateboarding, and not giving a fuck about all the nonsense. ps. I held one of Filip Leu's machines, hopefully some of his 'mojo' transfered into my hands.....
I get back to LA around August 13th, i'm pretty booked up for august but have plenty of time to schedule stuff for September.
See you all at Hell City Phoenix, August 27-29. I have availability for tattoos, which I will be accepting as walk-ups. Also I am having a seminar based on hand tattoos, and my techniques in getting them done.
