Comments: This tattoo originally started as just the heart in the center, and we have added an entire background of human flesh and ventricles around it to make it a chest piece. Shain sits better than any of my clients, and lives far away to have to come out and get tattooed once a month, basically he is awesome and dedicated. Check out his art project, shoppingkart.org.
